Youtube için Bakan Yıldırım: Bir ülkede yayın yapıp para kazanıyorsan oranın kanunlarına uyacaksın

Youtube için artık bu resmi kullanmayacağız

Ulaştırma Bakanı Binali Yıldırım, Youtube’un sürekli kapatılmasıyla ilgili olarak konuştu.

Bakan Yıldırım, “Bu olayın arkasında kayıtsız kazanç elde etmek var. Bir ülkede yayın yapıp para kazanıyorsan oranın kanunlarına uyacaksın. Gelip güvenlik belgesi almaları gerekiyor. Diğer ülkelerde hem bu belgeyi alıyor, hem de onların dilinde içerik sağlıyorlar. Bize gelince eyvallahı yok. Ama düzeldi iş, anlaştık. Baktılar ki kafalarına göre iş yapamıyorlar. Üçüncü dünya ülkesi Youtube‘u kapatıyor demek bu işin fiyakası. Burada yasak değil, faaliyet gösterilen ülkenin kanunlarına uymak var” diye belirtti.

YouTube’a erişim ülkemizde daha önce bir çok kez değişik nedenlerle engellenmişti.

İnternetin ünlü içerik sağlayıcısı Cnet, 1.8 Milyar dolara alt kuruluşlarıyla birlikte satıldı.

Cnet bundan sonra CBS tarafından yönetilecek.

Cnet Networks’ün 1.8 Milyar dolar karşılığında CBS tarafından satın alındığı açıklandı.

Satışla birlikte, Cnet’e ait olan CNET, ZDNet, GameSpot, TV.com, MP3.com, CNET News.com, UrbanBaby, CHOW, Search.com, BNET, MySimon, ve TechRepublic sitelerini artık CBS yönetecek.

CBS bütün bu içerikleri satın alarak internet medyasında güçlü bir konuma gelmiş bulunurken bazı uzmanlar bunun yanlış bir hamle olduğunu savunuyor.

Cnet’in hisse senetleri fiyatları ortalama 8 dolar iken, CBS 1.8 Milyar dolar ödeyerek hisse başına 11.50 dolar vermiş durumda. Bu da normal değerinin %45 daha fazlası demek.

Palm Treo 800w caught with its keys showing

This little bundle of plain-vanilla familiarity is seemingly the first live picture of Palm’s upcoming Treo 800w for CDMA networks, known internally as the Zeppelin — you know, the obsolete airships that had a tendency to spontaneously combust. Specs on this one are starting to shore up, with Windows Mobile 6.1, EV-DO Rev. A, GPS, a 320 x 320 touchscreen (still novel by classic WinMo standards) and a typical Treo look and feel that doesn’t diverge terribly much from Palm’s tried, true, and well-worn formula. Sprint’s looking solid to pick it up come late July, but with those HTCs around the corner, just how much love at the register is this thing gonna get?
